Welcome to the International Pilot Program

It is here that you will find a program unlike any other. We know each student is unique and use this knowledge to individualize the training of all our customers. We keep the student to instructor ratio low which allows us to devote more time towards the education of each client. Our belief is that establishing a good rapport between a student and his or her instructor is vital towards maximizing the quality of training for every pilot. Because of this, we match each student with an instructor that best emulates their personality and learning style. We try our best to keep the students with a single instructor through the entirety of their training. This helps the students receive a thorough and efficient education while avoiding time wasted acclimating a pilot to a new instructor. Read a Guide for M-1 Students

Just 4 Easy Steps to Start.

Apply Online

Fill out the online application completely. Make sure your name is entered as it appears on your passport. Once the application is received, we will send you an email with additional information.

I-20 / SEVIS

Once your completed online application has been received, we will make you an I-20 form and send it to the mailing address you indicate on your online application. The I-20 form is required to apply for your M-1 Visa. Once you receive the I-20, you must pay an I-901 fee, otherwise known as a SEVIS payment, to the US government. It is required by the US government that you pay your SEVIS fee prior to attending your Visa interview.

Arrival

Once issued the M-1 Visa, contact AV8 Flight School to gain additional instructions regarding your arrival. Our closest international airport is in Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport (MSP).
