AV8 Helicopter Expo
It’s that time of year again! Our Annual Helicopter Expo is open to the public for anyone interested in all things rotorcraft.
This free event will be held Saturday September 7, 2024, from 10am-4pm and is open to anyone interested in learning more about the exciting world of rotary aircraft. We’ll have a variety of airframes available on our ramp to tour, along with their pilots to answer questions regarding these awesome flying machines.
The event will feature several Helicopters from around MN and the surrounding states. Attendees include a Bell UH-1 Huey, Bell 505, MN State Troops Bell 407, North Memorial Medevac, and Eden Prairie PD’s UAS unit just to name a few!
AV8 will be conducting discounted discovery flights in our Cabri G2 and a raffle for a free discovery flight!
Have questions on Helicopter training or adding on to your current certificate? As the only combined Airplane and Helicopter training facility in the state of Minnesota, AV8 Instructors will be on hand to answer any questions to get you flying!
