It’s that time of year again! Our Annual Helicopter Expo is open to the public for anyone interested in all things rotorcraft.
This free event will be held Saturday September 6, 2025, from 9am-4pm and is open to anyone interested in learning more about the exciting world of rotary aircraft. We’ll have a variety of airframes available on our ramp to tour, along with their pilots to answer questions regarding these awesome flying machines.
The free event will feature several Helicopters from around MN and the surrounding states.
Attendees include:
- Bell UH-1 Huey (arrives 900, departs 1230)
- MN State Trooper’s Bell 407 (arrival TBD)
- North Memorial Medevac (arrives 1400, departs 1600)
- DNR MD530 (arrives 1000, departs 1500)
- LifeLink Medevac (arrives 1100, departs 1300)
- Eden Prairie Police Department, UAS Unit (present all day)
- Several personal helicopters
AV8 Instructors and staff will be on hand to answer questions about helicopter training or how helicopters are used for work and play. Bring your friends and family by to see them up close.
